Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised is divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I've lived in this apartment for 2 years and I still smile everytime I look out across the balcony. It's a huge 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with balconies across the front and back of the property. There are floor to ceiling doors connecting both the living space and bedrooms to spacious and scenic balconies with seating and dining areas. Please note all of the furniture apart from the outdoor settings will be changed. It isn't a party apartment but it is a great spot for entertaining and I do host BBQ's and dinners on special occasions throughout the year. Given the location, new years eve is always incredibly special and probably the best vantage point for the fireworks.
