We are looking for a single person, or a couple to live here, in the Master Bedroom.

We want someone who is clean and tidy, and who can stay for between 1 and 4 months. And also, can move in between Sun 15/2 and Sun 22/2.

The inspection to see the apartment is on Sun 15/2 at 2pm.

However, if you want to talk to me about moving in, without seeing the apartment, pls call me.

I am only going to accept someone who will keep the apartment extremely clean and very tidy. Note: In the past I used to charge $600 for this room. I have deducted $100, but only for people who will keep all the rooms in the apartment (including your bedroom) looking impeccable.

This a a comfortable and fully furnished, air-conditioned apartment.

You will have the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, study area, lots of wardrobes and drawers, and your own ENSUITE bathroom.

There is parking available, if you have a car, which is available at $100 per week.

The apartment has internal laundry next to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric oven, a gas top stove, a large fridge, a microwave, and contains everything you need to preparer and cook your meals.

A modern dining table, and a good sized lounge area with 2 black leather lounges and TV.
