The house has one bathroom with two toilets. For living room, we normally don't stay at living room as we study or work in the room upstair, so you will enjoy living room yourself most of the time. Transportation: There is many place of ample off street car parking available. If you use transportation, there is bus station just 1mnt by walking, and the bus goes to the gunghalin market in 20 mnt which I use often. There is casey market near our house (18mnt walking or 3 mnt driving) and there are Aldi, superbarn, coffeeshop, 7-eleven, anytime fitness, pizza shop, pub, hairshop etc. I often walk to the casey market for a coffee or gym. Price: The room price is $210 weekly with 3weeks bond and bills are shared with us. However, as we have NBN broadband internet at home, the internet bill is included in rent. The house is tiled throughout the main living areas, except the dining room and bedrooms, which are carpeted. Your room is a massive 4m X 3.8m PLUS full en-suite and huge walk in robe. You also have access to the internet from a port in your room or wi-fi; it also has a free-to-air TV antenna. We have evaporative air cooling for the summer. While we do have ducted heating for the winter, we still recommend warm blankets. Bond is 2 weeks rent plus 2 weeks rent in advance at all times. Some bills are included in your rent, if usage remains sensible. The property is very quiet throughout the day, even though we're home. We're happy for you to use the kitchen and laundry facilities, if you clean as you go :-); a dishwasher is available to help keep the kitchen tidy. While you have plenty of storage room, you will have access to a pantry unit and a bar refrigerator in the family area, unless you want to bring some of your own things. Use of the dining room area where there is a quiet space for you to chill out can be discussed when you come in for a look. We also have a shy housecat, Sebastian, who is restricted to the laundry during the night so that he is not underfoot when you’re trying to get ready to go out in the mornings.
