I have lived in this house with my two best friends for the last two years. Due to life circumstances changing they unfortunately are moving onto to bigger and better things lol! As I love this house and it is currently a flexible month to month rental, I would really like to keep this property. This is a beautiful little house with big north facing windows and a balcony with chairs and a table, which makes you feel like your always relaxing with a beautiful view. The kitchen is massive and I try to make meals for anyone who is home when I cook! The house is fully furnished and one of the rooms that is being rented out with have furniture and the other not, we can totally help out with whatever needs there are. The house has a bus stop right out front and it not even 10 minute walk to Boxhill train station and Boxhill Centro. There is both on street parking (I have permits for us) or we have our own little car port which can fit 3 cars.
