The house (3 bedrooms) is upstairs, it is only 5 y.o. and we have available one bedroom to share bathroom with another student. it has Queen bed, desk, chair and your own Split system. We live downstairs, but the houses are completely separate.*Walking distance to Deakin (5 minutes walk) via Gardiners Creek Trail. The trail is in front of the house, you can walk or bike it.(see pictures)
*Very close to 24 hours convenience stores (Coles & Kmart),
restaurants, etc.
*Close to public transport (bus, tram)
*6km from Chadstone Shopping Centre, the biggest shopping centre in Australia
* The house is very nice and very clean and it is in a good quiet location

About the flatmates
The house (3 bedrooms) is upstairs, it is only 5 y.o. and we have available one bedroom for a clean and tidy student (this is very important). It has Queen bed, desk, chair and your own Split system. We live downstairs, but the houses are completely separate. The house is very nice and very clean and it is in a good quiet location, across the Gardiners Creek track.
You’ll be living with Russell and Paul, both Masters student guys in their late twenties/early thirties. We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age who wants to be a part of a home.
Both Paul and Russell spend a lot of time in their studies and enjoy a peaceful life. We’re looking for someone easy-going, clean, tidy, self-aware, and respectful of others' space/boundaries.
We love a clean, tidy house, so we have a cleaner to clean common areas weekly
Included in the price are all bills and the cleaner
Just to note, this is not a party house. Our home is a calm space where we can relax and be ourselves.
