The house has a bus stop for routes 304 and 302 located right out the front, which takes you to the city - roughly 45-60 minutes depending on time of day. The house is also a few doors down from the belmore shopping strip which features coles, restaurants, cafes and the like. The house also offers a nice view out to the dandenongs. There is also enough room on the property for 3 cars and plenty of parking on street. I am looking for two housemates that are independent, keep shared spaces clean at all times (especially bathroom and kitchen). It is also important that you are conservative with energy/water consumption as I wish to avoid excessive bills. There is ducted heating in this house but I like to avoid it as much as possible, given it is a large house.
