Everything in the apartment has been meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. In terms of parking, there is free, untimed parking on the street immediately in front of the unit or the lane next to the block. It is about a 25 minute walk to Kogarah Station, is walking distance to St George Public and Private hospitals and an easy commute to the airport. There are also regular buses close-by to Kogarah, the CBD or Rockdale close-by. If cycling's your thing, it is a very flat neighborhood, and it's an easy bike ride to Coles or numerous cafes.
