About the property
100m from the beach, close to shops and public transport.
Two Bedroom ground floor apartment with garage car space. The open plan lounge is a good size which fits the dining table, study desk, lounge and TV cabinet, plus indoor clothes racks.
The room on offer is a large sized room, big enough to fit king sized bed and more. 2.8m x 4m excluding wardrobe. Large built in wardrobe with plenty of room. This is the main bedroom.
The kitchen is also a good size. I have a full household of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking crockery. Happy for someone to use all that's available.
The shared bathroom includes a shower and separate bath. The toilet and laundry is located in the bathroom space, but is separate. I have a washing machine, dryer and stand up freezer. While the bathroom looks a bit funky compared to rest of the apartment, its very functional.
There is some storage cupboards at the entry, and in the hall, plus some limited space in the garage. Bathroom and kitchen storage, plus fridge and freezer shelves can be all split to whatever is required.
100m walk to Monterey beaches, and 1km walk to Brighton Le Sands.
There is a bus stop 100m from the door, and Kogorah station is 2km away.
A past housemate had a pet, so if you have a pet I'm happy to apply on your behalf.

About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Adrian and would like to offer a room in my rented apartment.
I'm clean, neat and tidy. I have been in a few share houses myself, so know what is expected of everyone's enjoyment of the shared spaces.
I work a lot, and sometimes keep some odd hours depending on workload. I do however look forward to coming home and relaxing.
I do try to exercise when I'm home, I have a rower, ski and bikes to keep me occupied.
I will also fly home to Brisbane on some weekends to see my family.
Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate.
