Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) Ideally looking for someone quiet working full time or studying - this isn't a party house. The house is large with huge living and outdoor areas, plus a fireplace and a spa bath. It is furnished in all common areas, however, the bedroom is UNFURNISHED but it does have a double sliding door wardrobe. The lease currently is until Jan 12th 2018, you'd need to be willing to commit to staying until then at least, with the possibility of extending into next year if it suits us :) If you're interested please get in touch!
