There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs. A separate big kitchen with lots of cupboards , dishwasher,microwave, most of the small kitchen appliances that you might need as well as a big new fridge. In the laundry there is a washing machine, a dryer and cupboards. In the bathroom there is a shower and a separate bath and cupboards. The back yard is also very big and sunny most of the day. There is outdoor furniture there and an inflatable swimming pool under the lemon tree! In the front yard you be creative with your gardening skills if you want to. There is also space in the garage to storage your stuff. You can do whatever you want in your room but you have to be tidy and clean in the common areas. You will find your room steam cleaned and fresh painted. When you move out you have to leave it as you found it. You can have your guests/partner sleepover occasionally.
