The villa house is a cosy quiet villa. It's my peace haven after a busy day at work. It's close to all amenities. The bus stop is directly in front of the house and it's only a 10min walk to Moonee Ponds train station, and tram stop. Also Highpoint shopping centre is about a 15min tram ride. The Puckle street precinct is only a short stroll. Everything is at your door step. I'm seeking a respectable female student or traveller flat mate for a min 2 -3 months as a trial. Great short term stay. Sorry no fur babies, as much as I love them.

A housemate has just left with most of the furniture. I am waiting to replace it so that there is space for whatever you like to bring or we can discuss what to get together. A bed and wardrobe maybe available. Internet and usual bills will be about 80-100 month. bond $890 We are looking for chill people who can discuss any disagreements in a relaxed way. Ideally someone with share house experience in cleaning up after themselves & taking turns in housework. Non smokers please. Pets would need landlord approval but he was cool when we have asked previously. Preference to long term people willing to go on the lease but will consider short term.
The house is a 2 minute walk to the 59 tram (Flinders street / Airport West). There is also a train station about a 10-13 minute walk. Being centrally located in Moonee Ponds there are copious restaurants along Mt Alexander Pde as well as Moonee Ponds Central (MPC) a stones throw away. MPC has a Coles, Aldi, Kmart amongst many other retail stores.
Prime location! Only 10 minutes to the CBD, Close to shops, Parks with walking track, Swimming Pool, Laundry, pubs and great food spots. Beautiful low maintenance home with a nice little backyard. Rooms with high ceilings, and in a nice friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Split system for heating and cooling. The furniture will be slightly different to the pictures as the old housemate will be taking some of it with him. House is fully furnished but won't yet have a tv in the lounge room. If you do have anything you want to bring with you just let me know and we can have a chat. I have all the appliances and kitchen utensils and cookware etc. Looking for someone interested in staying for at least 12 months and can move in ASAP
The house is quite old and is tiled throughout. The bedrooms are at the front of the house, with the shared areas down the back. The ceilings are around 15 ft high and keep the house very cool in the warmer months. In the colder months, the central heating keeps the house nice and warm. There is a large back yard, and room to start a veggie patch if you're so inclined. There is some storage around the property, if needed. The street is fairly quite and is mostly family homes. We are also a couple minutes walk from the 58 tram. Essendon train station is also quite close. There are many great restaurants on Puckle St and a small shopping centre.
