It is a 3 minute walk to Moonee Ponds station, and a 5 minute walk to Puckle St which has plenty of cafes and supermarkets and stuff. There are a few rooms available. Move in date is from July 13th. You will need to be willing to sign a 12 month lease. There are three rooms to choose from; A really big room, at the front of the house ($650.00 pcm). Let’s in a fair bit of light. Unfurnished, except a book shelf. A medium sized room, with built in wardrobe, shelves, desk and drawers. ($550.00 pcm) A quite small room ($350pcm). This room would probably only fit a single bed, but does have built in wardrobe, shelves and desk. Ideal for a student that doesn’t need much space. Can also be used as an additional room for a studio or study or additional space. The house has a big living room, dining room and one bathroom, with a separate toilet. There is a big backyard, and a sort of veggie patch (needs some love).

They're so many bars and cafes in the surrounding area with a Food works right on the corner. The house has 3 bedrooms located down stairs and a study upstairs with a spacious living room. The property has a large kitchen with a walk in pantry with gas cook top, a toilet and sink is also located upstairs. All communal areas get cleaned fortnightly by a cleaner (included in rent). The house also has Wifi, heating and cooling plus a large garage and storage.
