The location is right in the heart of Armadale and is 2 mins away from Glenferrie road so your close to all major shops, supermarkets, restaurants and post offices. I am in between Armadale and Malvern stations too and the tram is right outside my front door so getting anywhere is a breeze. The features of the block itself are in really good condition and there is a nice pool and BBQ area which is common use - Summers are always amazing down there. There is a communal laundry (with brand new washer and dryer) which is only shared between 3 other apartments - so is hardly ever used and really convenient. I have a parking permit if you require one. There's always spots out the front though. The apartment itself is generally fairly clean and tidy. Its fully furnished in the common areas with split system, tv with netflix, Stan and HeyU for your use as well. Your room is 3.2 x 3.1m so has plenty of room and comes with a great BIR with a full length mirror inside. It's right off the living and dining and gets great light into it. There's a TV point in your room as well. The bathroom is small but very usable and has all the necessities.
