The house and room are very clean and tastefully furnished, and there is a large screen smart TV at your disposal. A single or double bed can be arranged, or you can furnish the room yourself. There is plenty of storage space available in a garage. The house is air-conditioned and heated, but I'm afraid there is no dishwasher.

This apartment is right near Southland Shopping Centre, so shopping is super convenient. 10 minutes walk from Cheltenham station, so the city is very accessible. There's plenty of other things in the area, gyms, cafes, a library all within a short walk. Inside the apartment, we've got a clothes washer, dryer and internet. The kitchen is connected to the main living area and the bedrooms are in the hall next to the bathroom. Everything has been painted and re-carpeted only a few months ago. The apartment is right on Nepean Highway, so there is noise from traffic though you do get used to it. I'm not great with filters and things on photos - sorry if they look a bit washed out!
