The things I love about living in this property are the convenience to public transport that will take you for a short ride to Monash University, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Southland and the city. Friendly neighbours, clean streets and a nice stroll to the local swimming pools, not far from the beach and a nice sense of community. The property has wooden floorboards throughout, higher ceilings and a beautiful private backyard out the back and a well functioning kitchen. Internet and bills are included in the total price of the room. This includes electricity, gas, water and the room will be provided with heating. There is also off street parking available. The bond is $500, with the first month's rent paid in full and a minimum of 6-month stay.

So i have a private room available at the rear of the house with a big window and a BIR. My housemate Theo and I get along great and we are looking for another like minded individual who will respect the house and be generally down to earth, trust worthy open and honest and offcourse friendly! The house has refrigerated ducted heating and cooling which means nice and toastie in winter and ice cold in summer! Internet and all bills are included and being at the rear of the property its a safe and secure house (two on the block) and our neighbours are pretty cool also! The room is currently unfurnished but a bed can be provided if needed! The room size is approx 3.5 X 3.0m with plenty of space and there is a seperate toilet and shower! You'll get half the vanity in the bathroom also to put your things! The house is located across the road from shops where you can do grocery shopping and a post office and chemist as well as being right in the middle of heaps of parklands and a bus stop just outside our street (20m) and 10 minute walk to Southland and 20 minute walk to the station. The house is located off South Rd and very close to the Nepean Hwy. Quite street away from the noise. <5min walk to Woolworth and Moorabbin Train station. Double story house with lots of natural light and glass doors that open up to a cute backyard area, lots of space for everyone so you don’t live on top of each other. The house has central heating so you’ll stay warm. As a house we enjoy making the place feel vibrant and lived in. We are all respectful of each other's space, and all put in to keep the place clean and comfy. We're all fairly busy and out of the house a few nights a week, though we enjoy spending some time together and try to squeeze in a meal together here and there.
