There is one off street car space on the property. You can fit two cars in tandem and use of the parking will have to be negotiated by the occupants once everyone moves in. There is plenty of free parking on the street directly out the front so parking is no issue at all. This room requires a minimum commitment of 2 months. Hi Guys! I have an amazing beach front apartment in Mordialloc with a room which is needing to be rented. The room is a decent size, with a built in robes and heaps of natural light. The apartment has a really beach like feel and the whole front, which is glass bi-fold doors opens up onto the decking (can suss in the photos). The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from mordialloc shops, train station and nightlife. I have furnished the whole apartment with the exception of the room available. The highlight of this place is the beach which is literally across the road, so summers as you could imagine are amazing!! This is a great place to live, easy walking distance to the train station and beach, great for summer. Partially furnished (pretty much everything is here except dining table) with plumbed in fridge, lounge, air conditioning , bedroom fans, BBQ, decks front and back. New carpets and freshly painted bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans (2/3 rooms). All the usual notes aside, the main living spaces all have big windowed spaces, and it just feels like a positive house to be in. If you're a proactive person who loves to get up and go for the day, this house won't disappoint! NOTE: There's currently two of us living in the house, leaving two rooms available.
Full disclaimer the house is abit old. So if your looking for modern and new this isn't us. But if your looking for a home, or your on a budget we are perfect. The location is amazing. We can walk to mordialloc station, the beach is ridiculously close, we have a pub and bottle shop less then a minute away and the nightlife in that strip is bustling. The bills here come to very cheap but I would prefer to split them as they come because they may increase with a third person. We have a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, flat screen tv, unlimited wifi, leather furnishings, heating and a bath. We have space for entertaining, a large wooden playground, trampoline and long drive way. Your room is a normal size and unfurnished but I can provide a single bed on request. And if you have children I can offer additional space for any storage they may need like toys etc in the lounge. We are pretty relaxed. Privacy wise, me and my kid will have our own little area to chill if you want private use of the lounge area, however the lounge will be shared. We don't have any house rules really, be considerate and tidy. I want to start with a one month trial and go from there. Sorry for the lack of photos. On approval the rooms will be moved around completely.

It's so close to the beach (5min walk) close to parks and running track. Walking distance to train, pubs and restaurants in mordialloc. New home clean modern and low maintenance with three living areas and a fab huge kitchen with loads of storage so your not on top of each other. Washer, dryer and fridge available for use. You can get Internet here however as It is through work I don't supply it. Sunny, bright with ducted heating - great flat mates - it doesn't get better!
