Amazing Seaview, awesome sunsets mingled with the sound of crashing waves right from the lounge room even the bedrooms. I only have to cross the road to get to the beach :). Cafe and pizza down stairs and approx. 15 min walk to the Mentone shops and train station. I'm looking for someone who's not housebound, enjoys a life and is clean, tidy, responsible and considerate. Visitors are allowed but not all the time. Should have the courtesy to let the other person know. That goes for both of us. The apartment is open plan but not huge so makes sense.
