My home is a two-storey unit with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and floorboards upstairs (where the bedrooms are). It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, but there is also a second toilet in the laundry. There is a small courtyard and deck out the back, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner upstairs. The bedrooms have good storage with full wardrobes as well as shelving, and large windows. The windows are double-glazed, and there are security screen doors at the back and front. It's in a great location, right across the road from Mentone Woolworths and the shops, near the station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately we can't have pets, as I have allergies.
