This townhouse is modern, clean and situated in a great location which is close to Mordialloc Main Street shops, the train station and a 1 minute drive to the beach/beach road. There is a lovely backyard with a veranda where we can open up the doors in the summer time and sit outside to relax or set up a bon fire in the winter. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one downstairs. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms available and they both fit a queen bed and they also share a balcony. The shared bathroom upstairs has a bath in it and all rooms have available air conditioning if needed to keep the place nice and cool in summer. There are 2 adorable little dogs that live here (indoor dogs) so you must be a dog lover!
