THE BEACH HOUSE 

Open to anyone 25 plus.
It's a new start at the beach house 2 rooms coming up this one available now.
We have a great room fully furnished with Queen bed and built in Wardrobe dark in the morning with afternoon light and quiet at night. 
Minimum 3 months stay if house suits as long as you want.

Live literally right on the beach!
Close to public transport, shops, cafes, bars and shopping centres, Mordialloc Village and Southland. 
Come live in a spacious and light filled home opposite the beach in friendly actioned packed streets of Parkdale/Mordialloc with beautiful bay views from your private space, fresh air breezes with friendly housemates.
 
Watch sunsets like an ever changing wall print or go for morning and evening walks/runs/swims/bike rides along the beach. On the weekends get to enjoy as much time on the beach or at great local cafes as you please.
Our home is a spacious 2 storey house. 2 living areas with sensational views – so plenty of shared spaces.
 
Our warm home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and an extra toilet/powder room attached to the Bar/Pool room. 
If you don’t have a car, that is not an issue as there is plenty of public transport options. 

Train station (Parkdale) is a short 400 metre walk and local shops are situated there too. Only 10min walk to train and 30mins to city from your beachside escape.
Bus stop 100metres away takes you to the centre of Mordialloc in 5 minutes.
 
Bus route 903 is also outside our front door (Southland only 10 mins by train and Chadstone Shopping Centre or Chadstone Holmesglen TAFE only 30 mins away and lots of other destinations).
 
You can come home to unwind after a busy day and watch the sunset on the beach meditate and become one with nature again. Weekends feel like you’ve gone away somewhere coastal.

Rent is $300 including all bills:
-Electricity, Gas, Water

-also unlimited WiFi Fetch and Nettflix. 

- commonly used kitchen items including herbs/spices.

- cleaning consumables for bathroom, kitchen and outdoors, 

– multiple fridges (3 X Large) for ample fridge space.

Full outdoor Laundry.

Our quiet well established garden is also a notable feature of the house.
Flatmates
We are 2 guys and a girl at present middle aged kid free. 

We also have dogs that are coming into their maturity pretty calm Kelpies and fun to be around, good for the soul we say.
We are flexible and understanding in nature and get along fine.

We expect housemates to clean up after themselves, be conscious of privacy, understand that living with others requires a level of compromise from all so people should be able to communicate well and understand compromise in share houses.

You will be expected to contribute to house tasks but centred around a particular speciality such as floors or dishwasher emptying and bench wiping for example.

 We have some toys, being by the bay, S U Paddle board and Kayak which we can share, should the inspiration take you.
