My home is a two-storey unit with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and floorboards upstairs (where the bedrooms are). It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, but there is also a second toilet in the laundry. There is a small courtyard and deck out the back, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner upstairs. The bedrooms have good storage with full wardrobes as well as shelving, and large windows. The windows are double-glazed, and there are security screen doors at the back and front. It's in a great location, right across the road from Woolworths and the shops, near the station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately we can't have pets, as I have allergies. Plenty of space for a desk or comfy chair. Each room has it's own heating and storage. Clean, comfortable and set up for the enjoyment of the finer things, with the background sound of magpies, train engines and toots. It does get a bit noisy. Minutes walking distance to Cheltenham Station, restaurant and shop district, beach and parks. Southland is 10 minutes walk up the road.
The House is not large, but nevertheless quiet spacious and easy to maintain, it is situated in a quiet Cul de Sac, so it is very secure, close to shops, a Gym, cafes & Golf courses, Springvale, Mentone beach and Braeside Park.
