You can chose what room you prefer they are both approx 3.5 X 3.5m with built in robes with plenty of space and there is a seperate toilet and shower! You'll get half the vanity in the bathroom also to put your things! Currently the room is furnished but we can work around that if that suits! The house is located across the road from shops and a bus stop and 10 minute walk to Southland and 20 minute walk to the station. There are two of us in the house at the moment, Emma works full time in the city as a recruiter and Scott is an electrician who travels for work.
