Our home is a spacious 2 storey with 2 living areas (one upstairs that is a Lounge/Pool room with couches, pool table and bar) and downstairs we have the TV lounge room – so plenty of shared spaces. Our warm toasty home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra powder room. There are 5 car park spaces, so if you have a car that isn’t an issue. If you don’t have a car, that is not an issue as plenty of public transport options. Train station short and quick 400 metre walk (Parkdale train station) and local shops are situated there too. Only 45min train ride to city from your beachside escape, so you can come home to unwind after a busy day watching the sunset on the beach. Weekends feel like you’ve gone away somewhere coastal and relaxing and yet still close to Melbourne city for going out, shopping centres with everything you need and local great cafes and eateries and bars to enjoy. Bus route 903 is outside our front door (Chadstone Shopping Centre and Chadstone Holmesglen TAFE only 30 mins away and lots of other destinations). Bus route 708 is also close by (Southland Shopping Centre quick 15min or go to Hampton village. This is a great place to live, easy walking distance to the train station and beach, great for summer. Partially furnished (pretty much everything is here except washing machine and dining table) with plumbed in fridge, lounge, air conditioning , bedroom fans, BBQ, decks front and back, off street parking. New carpets and freshly painted bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans (2/3 rooms). All the usual notes aside, the main living spaces all have big windowed spaces, and it just feels like a positive house to be in. If you're a proactive person who loves to get up and go for the day, this house won't disappoint! Hi Guys! I have an amazing beach front apartment in Mordialloc with a room which is needing to be rented. The room is a decent size, with a built in robes and heaps of natural light. The apartment has a really beach like feel and the whole front, which is glass bi-fold doors opens up onto the decking (can suss in the photos). The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from mordialloc shops, train station and nightlife. I have furnished the whole apartment with the exception of the room available. The highlight of this place is the beach which is literally across the road, so summers as you could imagine are amazing!!
