Hi everyone. My name is Stan. I have a spare room in my current house that I am renting which is available. My place is right in the heart of Parkdale and its a great family orientated suburb and the people are great. It's just a 10 minute walk to Parkdale station and cafes, Thrift Park shopping centre is also nearby and also very close to the Mordialloc strip. I work shift work on average 3 days a week sometimes more and when I do I generally I'm working until 11 at night or I'm doing night shift through the night so if you would normal hours you would have the place for a decent amount of time to yourself and vice versa. When I'm not working I'm generally catching up on my chores walking or running my dog or doing some other form of exercise and currently planning to do my first half marathon later this year. My partying days a pretty much over still don't mind the odd night out maybe every 2 months or so but I don't really drink at home at all and seeking someone that also is pretty quiet in that respect. I am a huge animal lover as mentioned I do have a medium sized staffy x dog and also a cat. My cat is mostly inside and my dog is generally inside 50/50 when I'm home and would want someone that is understanding with this. I am generally a pretty happy go lucky person and I love to have a chat and a joke but I want place the importance on finding a honest, reliable, responsible, clean and mature person to share with. The house is large, airy and bright. Its in a beautiful and safe area close to the beach, station and restaurants. The actual room it's self fits quite comfortably a queen sized bed, 2 side tables and draw unit. It also has wall to wall mirrored wardrobes, it has plenty of space for your hanging clothes 👌 You'll have your own full sized bathroom with bath. There is a spare bedroom between the other 2 main bedrooms to provide that space and privacy. I have furnished this room as a guest room and it's also a great place to dry our clothes in the winter. There is a lovely backyard and a single lock up garage which is used for storage.The house is fully furnished so all you need is stuff for a bedroom and you're done. The place is situated in a no through road, so it's a super quiet residential area, plenty of off street parking. it's only a 2 minute drive to Southland shopping centre and a 10-15 minute drive to Chadstone. and only a 5 minute drive to the beach! it's a perfect location :) Looking for a likeminded professional and being a non-smoker myself, I have to say no to smokers. One unfurnished good-sized room is available for rent in Cheltenham. The place is quietly located off Cavanagh street, close to shopping Centres (eg.southland), Cafes, bus stops/train stations and of course beaches etc. It has pretty much everything needed including a carport which allows two parking spaces. If you don't like parking the car on the street, you can park it in the garage. Currently, two individual housemates including myself are living in the house and we are both working full time.
