Modern and furnished 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony view. Nice walk to beach road and the view of the beach from the top of the apartment, Mentone village shops just around the corner. The bedroom os finished and has access to the balcony. I try to keep the apartment clean at all time and I would appreciate the same from my new housemate. This isn’t a party house but friends and family are always welcomed for drinks as long as the house is well looked after.

Internet is $25 a month, and electricity tends to be $30-$40 per mont. We are hoping to find people who are similarly independent, grounded, and respectful. This is a substance free house and we're both pretty reserved but are down for good conversation and TV! We live above a strip of shops that includes a fruit shop, chemist, charcoal chicken, pizza, foodworks etc and are located in a good spot for public transport, with the 600+825 bus stops less than a minute away, and walking distance to mentone & Cheltenham stations. We're also walking distance from the gorgeous beaumaris beach! Also we don't have a washing machine but are in the market for one.
