Wake up with views of Port Phillip bay from the comfort of your own bed.
Live right on the bay beach! Close to public transport (bus and train), shops, cafes, bars and shopping centres, Mordialloc Village and Southland.
Come live in a spacious and light filled home opposite the beach in active and friendly Parkdale with beautiful bay views from your private space, fresh air breezes with down to earth housemates. Watch gorgeous sunsets or go for morning and evening walks/runs/bike rides along the beach. On the weekends get to enjoy as much time on the beach or at great local cafes. Mordialloc 2 k's away is a hub of activity.
Our home is a spacious 2 storey house. 2 living areas with sensational views, 3 outside spaces – so plenty of hang out options. Our warm home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet powder room.
If you don’t have a car, that is not an issue as there is plenty of public transport options. Bus stop 50 metres away 5 mins into heart of Mordialloc. Train station is a short 400 metre walk (Parkdale train station) and local shops are situated there too. Only 10min walk to train and 30mins to city from your beachside escape.
You can come home to unwind after a busy day and watch the sunset on the beach across the road. Weekends feel like you’ve gone away somewhere coastal.
Rent is $295 plus $30
for all bills:
We do a set amount for bills to avoid complicated breakdown of household purchases and bill splitting which can be complicated, time consuming with overlapping rental periods etc. and housemates say they find it easier to budget, everyone agrees the set cost very reasonable and helpful.

-Electricity, gas and Water.
-unlimited WiFi, Nettflix, Prime.
- commonly used kitchen items.
- all cleaning and consumables for bathroom, kitchen and outdoors,
- commonly used household items from toilet paper to salt and pepper.
We have:
– 3 large fridges for ample fridge space.
- Pantry walk in with your own large shelf.
Full outdoor Laundry. Our quiet well established garden is also a notable feature of the house.
Flatmates :
We are presently 2 guys and 1 girl. Colin, Shane and Tammy.
We also have a really relaxed male Tabby cat, who everyone just adores.
We also have a medium sized dog. So would help to be dog friendly.
We are flexible and understanding in nature and get along fine.
We expect housemates to clean up after themselves, be conscious of privacy, understand that living with others requires a level of compromise from all so people should be able to proactively communicate and get along with others.
You will be expected to contribute to house tasks but centred around a particular preference such as dishwasher emptying and bench wiping, window washing, taking out garbage for example but it’s all pretty simple and low maintenance.
We also have some toys, being by the bay, S U Paddle board and 3 seater Kayak which can be borrowed should the inspiration take you.
