We are private Agents and have lots of experience running this business of student accomodation as a shared house. You will find us asking a lot of questions and very detailed in our approach in the renting process. We operate as a family business bearing in mind most of the students are living away from home and my wife likes to become an 'Aunty' to most of them. As a result many of the students became personal friends and stayed for few years until they graduate and get a job or some until they get married !
