About the flatmates
Hey, our names are Thanh (PHD in business) and Anthony (Registered Architect) we are the owners and previous residents who are a young engaged couple that has recently relocated to a new location closer to a special needs school for our son. Leaving our old house (the one available to rent) empty for the next 2-6 months while it is on the market as we look to sell it.
While that is happening - We thought we would take the opportunity to rent it out for short term accommodation for anyone who was in need or wanted to live in the inner east - like students, international travellers, people looking for a launch pad while locating other accommodation in this terrible rental market, people between places or any other reason where short term accommodation is desired in the Mordialloc region.
We thoroughly vet all housemates so you can be assured that everyone who is invited to live here is a great person and possible future lifelong friend.
We are currently looking for 2 housemates to take the rooms in our 4 bed 2 bath house (with the other rooms being already taken by other young men). All are quiet, clean and congenial and are working or training full time at nearby business' and enjoy quiet weekends.
We are close to shops and amenities and a 5 min drive or bike ride to the nearby beach or Mordialloc train station. A bus stop is also present 1 block over, as is a small shopping strip inclusive of supermarket and bakery and café.
Parking is available on street or in the drive for those with a car and the rooms each have lots of storage with brand new mattresses on each bed.
Price is $270 a week paid upfront, inclusive of all bills, with a 2 week bond payable upon approval which will be returned upon your leaving the property (or used as your final two weeks rent - whichever you'd prefer)
