Hi everyone. My name is Stan. I have a spare room in my current house that I am renting which is available. My place is right in the heart of Parkdale and its a great family orientated suburb and the people are great. It's just a 10 minute walk to Parkdale station and cafes, Thrift Park shopping centre is also nearby and also very close to the Mordialloc strip. I work shift work on average 3 days a week sometimes more and when I do I generally I'm working until 11 at night or I'm doing night shift through the night so if you would normal hours you would have the place for a decent amount of time to yourself and vice versa. When I'm not working I'm generally catching up on my chores walking or running my dog or doing some other form of exercise and currently planning to do my first half marathon later this year. My partying days a pretty much over still don't mind the odd night out maybe every 2 months or so but I don't really drink at home at all and seeking someone that also is pretty quiet in that respect. I am a huge animal lover as mentioned I do have a medium sized staffy x dog and also a cat. My cat is mostly inside and my dog is generally inside 50/50 when I'm home and would want someone that is understanding with this. I am generally a pretty happy go lucky person and I love to have a chat and a joke but I want place the importance on finding a honest, reliable, responsible, clean and mature person to share with. The house is large, airy and bright. Its in a beautiful and safe area close to the beach, station and restaurants. It has an outdoor spa, Netflix, dishwasher and central heating and an air conditioner. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and all rooms have built in robes. I have 2 gentle dogs, a 10 year old boxer and a 12 month old white shepherd. You would need to like dogs not just tolerate. They are extremely well trained.
