About the flatmates
We currently have a room in a four bedroom place in Mordialloc, 10 minute walk to the beach and train stations.
There are three of us in the house already, Tom 23, his sister Steph who is 30 and me who is 19. We are all relatively social, active when we aren’t working. We are looking for someone clean and nice, no party goers. We won’t take any smokers as or jobs are against it. The bedrooms are all upstairs, they all have a split system aircon/heater. All have wardrobes. The bathroom is shared between you myself and Tom.
We do have a dog so no other pets accepted. The dog is absolutely amazing, super friendly and very well behaved. Also stays outside most of the time. We have 2 fridge freezers and the whole house is furnished.
Room is also available right now so move in can be arranged asap, there is currently a queen bed with sheets pillows and a doona there is needed however can be arranged to remove.
