House will be fully furnished (minus your bedroom/bathroom). Just awaiting a few items to be delivered in the next couple of weeks as I recently bought them new. The photos here are just off the internet - the house has had some painting down since and furniture isn't my own. 3 bedroom property (I am in the master with ensuite). You will have your own bedroom, and bathroom (the only time the bathroom would be shared would be if guests are over). Bedroom is medium in size - should fit in a queen bed + side tables. The 3rd smaller bedroom will be used as a guest room. One living area, reasonable sized kitchen. Bi-fold doors onto small decking area. Grassed back yard. Bills will be split 50/50. I am going to organise wireless internet as soon as I am moved in too. Unfortunately I can't accept anyone with pets as I already tried to apply for an additional housemate and this was declined due to her owning a dog. The home owner doesn't want additional pets on the lease.
This little unit is a street off from the Mornington esplanade and in a great location. It is an older style unit, but has everything you need from a practical sense and is in such a central location. The kitchen has gas cooking and electric/fan forced oven with large dining table. Stainless Steele fridge and freezer. I have everything you need with regards to kitchen appliances go, but there is room to store things if you wanted to bring anything extra. Unfortunately no dishwasher, but this doesn't bother me too much. Large lounge area comes with split system heating/cooling (bedrooms do not have heating or cooling). Large chaise couch with smart TV, surround sound and Netflix. I love getting comfy on the couch with a good movie, cup of tea or glass of red. There is a garage, with loads of storage space in there. I don’t currently park in there. The photos I have listed on the ad are from when I moved into the rental, so not my current photos. The room with the bunk beds in the photo is the one currently available. The bedroom is quite small, is at the back of the house, backing onto the backyard. It has a built in robe with just hanging space so would need draws or shelves in there if you wanted additional places for storage. The bedroom would comfortably fit a queen sized bed, bedside table and chest of draws.

Shared access to large well equipped modern kitchen with Caesar stone benchtops, DW, modern appliance's/crockery are supplied for you to whip up anything from a nibble platter or an afternoon tea to a dinner party and is situated in main part of house, a large separate fridge for Flatmate use is provided in this kitchen. Living areas being the main lounge/dining area situated off kitchen then a few steps down to a separate family room which also has a large TV with Foxtel, this room has double sliding doors to close off room if necessary. So there are plenty of spots to sit and relax. French doors and /or sliding doors are fitted in each room of house, so you can open up and wander out to deck and garden from every room, lovely! Daikin reverse cycle air-con systems throughout the house and "Heat and Glo" fire in lounge area adds a cosy feel. Bedrooms are a generous size all with double sized wardrobes and carpeted. Modern bathrooms have tiled floors and the rest of the home has beautiful timber flooring. The main bathroom has a spa bath so you may like to relax and take a long bubbly soak when the need arises. There is also a separate powder room. We are house proud people and love sharing with those who would appreciate our home as we do. It's a big house nice and close to Frankston beach and Bayside Shopping Centre (5 mins) with a bus stop 30 seconds up the road to get you either down the Peninsula or into Frankston. There's parking space available behind closed gates, a nice pool for summer, and garage for storage of anything you don't want taking up space inside the house. The room is upstairs with a very large shared bathroom. Kitchen, living (there's two large living areas) and outdoor areas are all communal and a mostly used for drinking/board game nights or the occasional group Netflix binge or gaming session. There's been the addition of some new couches to both living areas since the photos were taken. Only room that you need to furnish is the bedroom, and there's also office space available for a desk if needed. The room is hard to take photos of but I've included a few with previous housemates belongings to try and show how much fits in there. The bed pictured is a double size, and the wardrobe with mirrored doors is built in with hanging space.
On Olivers Hill, walking distance to the beach, in fact from the driveway you can see the bay. Quite a number of bus stops around, and if you drive there is a car space available. It is a ground floor unit. Not far from Mt Eliza and the Frankston Shopping precinct. A beautiful and quiet area. I have a cat, so can't have other pets, but someone who loves animals would be good. As mentioned utility bills and internet are included in the rent. I have a large dvd collection that you can use as well. No Foxtel, but all the free to air channels are available. The unit gets a lot of natural light, especially in the early mornings and afternoons. It is a safe area and the unit is secure, if security is something that is a concern. The unit has air-con and heating, and a dishwasher. All appliances are available for use, though if you have your own fridge that would be good. Apart from bedroom furniture, the rest of the unit is furnished. The room will be empty soon, it has a built in robe with 2 sliding full length mirrored doors. The blinds do close. There is an outside washing line. The outside areas are communal, there are 5 other units besides mine on the property. The neighbours in the other units are all lovely and kind.
