I have a bedroom available in my fully furnished peaceful home for rent from Feb 10th. House is in a sought after area of Mornington. Ideally you will be working and not from home. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of outdoor areas. Must be pet friendly. Sorry but no more pets wanted. Plenty of light with a large sunny window in bedroom with an outside roller shutter if needed for a dark room. Excellent for shift workers. Room is currently furnished with Queen bed. Linen etc not provided. Room has a double wardrobe and dresser. If you have your own bedroom furniture that's ok. Room is $250pw plus bills and cleaning. Flatmates indicate average current rent for a room in Mornington is $297pw. Car space available but not under cover. Rent is paid 1st of each month $1,083. Bills/cleaning extra.
