We have one room available in our nice quiet 4 bedroom home in Canadian. The room is either a double or a king single room, and will be provided fully furnished unless otherwise agreed (big BIR, desk, bedside table, lamp and can include some linen if you would like) and have shared bathroom (shower, bath and separate toilet - we don't use as we have an en suite), central heating throughout house, cosy wood fire in family/ kitchen area, fridge, separate living area and unlimited Wi-Fi broadband access. If you don't have a car, it's a short walk to the nearest bus stop with direct access to the university and CBD. We have a nice garden and veggie patch, an outdoor seating area which our (mostly indoor) 2.5yr old friendly and fun-loving Airedale loves to run around in. We're in easy access of Canadian Lakes and the walking tracks along the creek - great for walking or cycling into town or to the uni, or simply getting fit.
The house is one street over from bus stop and Safeway Supermarket. Air conditioning and gas heating. Our property has been renovated and the room you are looking at has just had new flooring and paint- as well as curtains. There is a hallway door which you are free to close at any time which separates you from the living and kitchen, leaving you with access to your bedroom and bathroom. No one else lives down the end of that house. The other room is empty and will be remaining empty. We have a bathroom and a powder room. So two toilets. Our street is quiet and you will have your own parking space on the property. We also have a gym. Which you are welcome to use at any time. You are also welcome to use all machines in the house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc. The kitchen is still new and well looked after and again, you are welcome to use it.
In a very quiet part of Sebastopol, we have always enjoyed a nice chilled house. Off street parking makes things nice too. It's in a sweet spot of food, 5 min walk to coles, 10min walk to woolworths, bakery, Maccas, KFC and the worlds first Boost drivethrough! :D The house it'self has a nice backyard, able to hang washing out and 2 sunrooms to chill in. We share the bathroom but it's never been an issue. We have off house storage too that has a deadbolt for extra storage space. The room itself is the smallest but that's why it's the cheapest to rent. Can easily fit a queen bed and desk though. It also has the most storage space of all the rooms. Bills are split equally when they arrive and internet is unlimited ADSL2 for $20 a month! BOND IS $400 BUT CAN BE PAYED IN CHUNKS. DON'T STRESS ABOUT PAYING HEAPS IN ONE GO.
The room available is of decent size with a walk in closet that connects to the bathroom. Rent is 480 a fortnight, which will be split by both tenants. The house is pet friendly, I have a small dog myself that loves meeting new people. Other pets are welcomed, just need to sign off a form. There is a front and back yard. There is wifi internet and parking. The area is really quiet and I've had no issues for the last two years.
Hi Huge apartment in Ballarat's cbd, in fact it would be hard to be more central! You really can walk outside to all that Ballarat has to offer! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double draw dishwasher and large washing machine. There's even linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. The apartment is so large that there is space for each tenant to have their own separate office at no extra charge! Nbn, gas and power bills are an extra $25 per week unless the bills are higher than budgeted.
I am looking for a housemate to move into a near new 2 bedroom townhouse located in the centre of Mount Clear. It is only a short walk to Midland Village which features a grocery store (IGA), a gym and a bunch of other small stores. It is also a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to both Federation University as well as to the Ballarat Bridge Mall. There is a shared kitchen and dining area, lounge room, laundry that is all furnished as well as a large enclosed backyard. All you would need to do is deck out your bedroom with a bed and the other things you need ☺ The rent for the room is $120 per week, with bills then split equally. Right now I don’t have any internet but this is likely to change in the near future.
In terms of location:- Modern and extremely clean unit located only 7-10 mins from Ballarat CBD by car. Very safe area and peaceful surrounding.. Supermarkets like coles, woolworth, Aldi are at walking distance. Train station 15-20 mins away. In terms of Room and unit :- Extremely clean and fully furnished unit with down lights and a pretty back yard. Pets free smoke free and alcohol free dwelling place. No carpet in whole unit but a Elegant wooden floor. Room is very neat and clean with Giant size cupboard. Room is with down lights, wooden floor and block out roller blind.

It's a nice house and literally across the road from Webster's Market who do a superb coffee. The house is two storey, and the bathroom on the ground floor will only be shared by yourself and one other housemate. The bathroom itself is nice and big, modern kitchen with 2 fridges and a standalone freezer, a lock up garage and a nice private rear driveway which is an excellent area for some wind down bevs. Also has central heating. The room itself is at the front of the house and is nicely sized, easily fitting a double bed and desk and wardrobe. There is currently a 6 month-old queen sized bed, desk, and clothes rack that can be optionally purchased for the room. Rent is cheap so it is ideal for both people staying here week-long, or students/commuters from Melbourne. Pictures to come shortly.
