I'm excited about finding a housemate who is considerate and responsible. Someone who 'adults' - understands that it's everyone's responsibility to participate in the tasks that keep a household ticking over.

I value cleanliness, and whoever moves in needs to be willing to commit to a weekly cleaning roster, without being reminded.

I'm after a housemate who is open to share a cup of tea and a chat occasionally, while respecting the need for privacy.

If you have a partner that's awesome, but I don't want them to stay at the house overnight as well. My house is my sanctuary, and overall I lead a pretty quiet lifestyle. I do not own a TV.

I'm an early riser but I try not to bash around too much!

I'd like a housie who is considerate of the environment (ie turns off lights, recycles, takes brief showers etc). I tend to socialise outside of the house, but do have the occasional dinner or weekend guest.

*I work from home sometimes, so I am looking for a house mate who is engaged in activity OUTSIDE of the house during the day (ie not working from home)
