This is a beautiful property based in mount pleasant, and just 10 minutes walk from canning highway. The common rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and the house is designed to accommodate for both entertainment and privacy. All 3 bedrooms are very large, with the largest room having its own built in wardrobe. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and one of the rooms also has its own air conditioner. The house also has built in NBN. There is plenty of space on the front lawn to accommodate 3-4 cars, with one undercover (open) parking space. The owner has previously been pet friendly and I wouldn't expect any different for the new tenants. He is also a lovely guy who only does half yearly inspections and is always available for call if there are any issues. Although unfurnished there is some furniture that we are happy to leave, including 2 couches, the main dining room table and potentially the fridge/dishwasher.
