The unit is located close to shops, bus, rail and the city cat. It's a short walk restaurant and shops on Oxford St in Bulimba. Its a 10-15 minute drive into the city and Fortitude Valley precinct, as well as 10 minute drive to the gate way arterial. It has a great view from the balcony. The unit is on the second level, so it's cool in summer and warm in winter, due to how the unit is located. There are plenty of gyms near by and a great area if you are a joker or similar lot like to walk. To me it's a great place to live. There is foxtel available, but not included in the rent.
