Fairly new two bedroom unit located not far from Cannon HIll shopping centre. Close to bus and train. Also, close to motorway on ramps. There is a roof top deck. Air conditioning in lounge only. Fans in all rooms. Nice sized balcony. On street parking only, sorry. Only need to bring your clothes and personal items, i have everything. Room for a tv in second room but no antenna point. Have a clothes drier but it is not used and I prefer it not to be. Rent amount is half the rent but i cover the electricity and water.
We recently purchased this house and we would like to initially rent out each of the rooms individually or the top floor of the house as a whole. We don't have updated photos as current tenants are currently in the process of moving out and we're in the process of renovating the bathroom. The inside of the house will be repainted white and the en-suite and master bathroom/toilet/laundry will be brand new. The house is currently unfurnished but we're happy to put in furniture once we have confirmed tenants. The price of each room is the price unfurnished. It is super convenient with a great park across the road (plenty of parking) and is very close the Cannon hill shops and station etc The house is fully setup with anything that you would need but we can accommodate anything you have. Even though the house is huge, we only want a max of three people so that we can all enjoy the space, you will have plenty of room to yourself! We have all the usual utilities including unlimited internet and typically just share the bills. We are open to any ideas you may have? We keep on top of the cleaning so the house is always comfortable. (Don't be scared of the shared bathroom we keep it clean lol)

The house is in a really quiet area and super close to public transport and Carindale Shopping Centre. You will share a bathroom with josh who is literally never home so there’s never any waiting around. You won’t have to go onto the lease however you will need to provide two weeks rent as bond. Which isn’t much at all. We have a private en-suite master bedroom with a bathtub and aircon available in a large woolstore in Teneriffe (190 square meters). It's very spacious with high ceiling which makes you feel like you're living in a house, not an apartment. Our apartment is furnished, you just need to bring furnitures for your room. There is a gym, a sauna, a big bbq area, a 20-25m lap pool and an onsite manager who looks after us. We share gas and electricity bills which comes in every month - around $40 per person. Water and WiFi are covered in the rent. We are right at the border of New Farm and Teneriffe with River Walk across the road from our building. It takes 10-15 min walk to Merthyr Village Shopping Centre, New Farm Park and Teneriffe Ferry. The bus 199 stops right in the front of our building and it goes to Fortitude Valley, CBD, Culture Centre and West End every 10-15 mins and the City Glider is also available in front of the Teneriffe Ferry. This is a quiet, beautiful and convenient spot in Teneriffe. We have enjoyed living in this woolstore apartment for 5 years now. :)
