I am looking for someone to move in and take over rent for the room until the lease ends in July. My full share of the rent is $180 but I am willing to contribute $30 per week to bring it down to $150, I just need to relieve myself of the expense. Once the lease ends it will be up to you whether or not you would like to renew. The unit has ducted air-conditioning in the living area and all of the bedrooms, ducted vacuuming, NBN, and gas stove top/hot water.
