The house is very newly built and in very good condition but if you're adamant about inspecting I'm sure we can sort something out with the real estate!

1 have a 12 month old labradoodle so must be ok with dogs, although she Isn’t there all the time. Nice big pool. Fully furnished but if you have your own bedroom furniture that's ok too. Hello fellow flatmaters! Looking for someone to share my house with. The place is in a pretty great position, with large yards backing right onto parklands. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the train and bus station with Cannon Hill Shopping Centre just around the corner. All bills included in the rent (water, electricity and internet). The House: Is a medium sized Queensland cottage, with great wooden floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a study and an extra room (which I’m not sure what to do with yet). It currently has a real granny chic vibe, but I’m currently repainting the interior to freshen it up a bit. There would be two of us in the house, so the place should never feel crowded and there will always be plenty of space to have some time to yourself. Along with the outdoor entertaining area, there is a large front yard, 2 carports and big ol’ shed where you can store any of your extra gear you may have. The Room: The bedroom is quite large and comfortable with plenty of natural sunlight. All the rooms are air-conditioned and there is plenty of space for a queen bed or larger as well as a desk, wardrobe then some. The Details: The rate is $220/week. All utilities, electricity, water and internet are included in the rent. Bond is two weeks rent because, lets face it, four weeks is expensive. I will be following the flatmates common law agreement and I won’t need to submit your details to a real estate agency. The room easily fits a queen bed, chest of draws, table etc and has built in wardrobes. The bathroom has plenty of storage and is shared with one other female who is super neat and tidy!! We have wifi, which is around $20 each extra per month. The complex also comes equipped with a gym, pool and bbq which is available for all of us to use *cue awesome summers by the pool* Location: Our place is just across the road from Cannon Hill station and several bus stops which is perfect for a commuter - this is especially great if like me you’re often running late 😂. We are a 3min drive from Cannon Hill shops, 10min from Westfield Carindale and a 5min drive to Bulimba. We’re also within walking distance to several parks and some cute cafes so getting an avo on toast fix on the weekend is never an issue!

Other things you should know: -The building allows pets, but I already have a bird so you would only be able to bring in another bird. -I am flexible about which room I'm in. If you wanted the room without the air con, I do have a spare heater that you can plug into a powerpoint -you will need to submit a rental application and have your name on the 6 month lease. The apartment is modern, relatively large and has a huge balcony. The room for rent has its own air conditioner, built in robes and has a private bathroom across the hall. The bathroom has the laundry attached but otherwise, it's all yours! The apartment has one car park which we all share if you feel like you need your own spot though you can rent one out from the site manager. Our apartment is in Cannon Hill and is within walking distance to Cannon Hill train station. We are also very close to three shopping areas with Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Aldi and Kmart all within a 5-minute drive. The entire home is furnished including big tv, fridge, dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher - the roommate will only need to bring furniture for their room. The applicant will need to go through the official approval process throughout the real estate agent this may or may not include a bond payment. We do have pets - a puppy and a cat so if you're allergic to animals this may not be the best fit.

There is a shop right next door which is very convenient. The third room is basically storage’s day you welcome to use it as well. I have all that’s needed to cook, clean and lounge around. You will only need bedroom gear I can help with draws but that’s all I really got. It’s has a private front court yard that could be used for a coldy or just to lay in the sun. Down stairs is kitchen,lounge, dining, laundry and toilet and upstairs is all the bedrooms. It Would just be you and I here which means you get just as much say can put you on the lease as well. The house is open spacious modern, clean, with excellent kitchen & laundry facilities everything you need to walk in and make it your home. Furnished lovely large back deck and large garden/yard great for eating outdoors & smoking is OK outside .The property is well cared for and has a great feeling to it. Street parking at front is good. Close to all shops buses and train. You would share the main bathroom with one other part time as Japanese homestay students The house is two levels (completely self-contained on both levels) and a lovely aged dog lives with Caroline downstairs.
