Hello fellow flatmaters, The location We have a great place place in Murrarie available from the 18th of September. The house is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station straight into the city. We are also very close to the Cannon hill shopping centre and Carindale is just a little further by bus or car for all your shopping and public transports needs. The street is very wide and there is plenty of space for on street parking, there is also space for off-street parking which we are more than happy to discuss. The Rooms The room available is quite large and comfortable. All the rooms are air-conditioned and there is plenty of space for a queen bed or larger as well as a desk, wardrobe then some more. There are three bathrooms in the property, one is an ensuite attached Matt and Liv's room. The house still does have another two bathrooms with showers that are available so you should never get stuck waiting in the morning. The House The place is huge with a kitchen and dining fused leading out onto a front deck which is great in the evening for drink. The kitchen has dishwasher which you can add to your list of pros as well as a large bench top for all your cooking needs. There is a separate living area which has a huge couch and large TV and with Netflix, XBOX and foxtel streaming. As well as this the house has a large shed, which we are more than happy to discuss storing anything and everything in. The need to knows There are three rooms. The one available is 180 a week. All utilities, Electricity, Water and Internet are included in Rent. There is no gas in the property. Bond is two weeks rent because, lets face it, four weeks is expensive. We will be following the flatmates common law agreement and we do need to submit your details to the real estate. We would prefer people who are interested in staying at least 3 months, in saying that part of the deal is that if you would need or like (although we hope not) to move all that is required is two weeks notice.

Just moved into a new 4 bedroom house in Cannon hill Brisbane. Location is right near the motorway with the Gold Coast only being a short 40 min drive instead of being over an hour if we lived further into Brisbane, yet still close enough to the city! The rent includes bills and internet. The remaining room is unfurnished but we do have a spare foam single mattress which could be used as a bed until you buy your own bed..
