Location The apartment is in Murarrie (pretty much Cannon Hill though). It is a couple hundred metres from Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza, where there is Kmart, Bunnings, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Sushi Train, cafes, restaurants, etc. It is easy to get to as it is close to both Cannon Hill and Murarrie train stations (although far enough that there is no noise interruption) and plenty of busses go from the area. The Apartment This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony and modern kitchen. You will get your own room with a walk-in robe and your own bathroom with a huge bath (shower over bath) for only $210 a week + bills. The room has an air conditioner and ceiling fan. If you are a student, the room will fit a desk. This apartment is only 3 years old and therefore is very clean and there is no damage to the property. Note that the furniture in the apartment is not mine, it was just on the advertisement. I have yet to move in, so it will be decorated a lot nicer and more modern. This house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Public transport is very close with the train and the interchange bus depot less than a kilometre away. It is only a 5 min walk to Coles, Woolies and Aldi, plus, banks and restaurants are all in walking distance. Mc Donald's and the Cannon Hill Tavern are at the end of the street. The rooms are average size with built in cupboards and are fully furnished with fans, desk, lamp, whiteboard and office chair, bed (linen and pillows if needed are also included). It's a friendly and comfortable house in a quiet street super close to everything, with airconditioning in the kitchen/dining and living area and a courtyard off the living area which is perfect for after work drinks in summer. The kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and second toilet are downstairs, with three bedrooms and the main bathroom upstairs. We have a fridge, washing machine, sofa and kitchen utensils etc so it's ready to move right in with your bedroom furniture. Flexible on furnishings downstairs if you come with your own furniture as well. There is off street parking available in the complex and heaps of street parking available. We have just signed the lease for another year until July 2019 and small pets are considered on application. The only bills are internet and electricity - internet is $23 a month each for fast unlimited internet. Electricity is paid quarterly but split between 3 is never very expensive. We're close to everything, five minutes walk to Coles, Woolworths, fruit shop, chemist, bottle-o and Goodlife and Snap Fitness gyms, and 15 minute drive to the valley or city. Morningside and Cannon Hill train stations and the Cannon Hill Bus Interchange are a 5 minute drive away (with none of the train noise!).
