The bedroom is not furnished (though I have some furniture I can lend). The room itself is a good size, with a large window and lots of natural light. The house is 2 minutes walk from the busstop, which goes straight to Morningside train station and the city- or the station is only around 10-15 minutes walk away. It is close to lots of cafes, parks (including the Seven Hills Parkland ) and the Cannon Hill shopping centre. Rent is $180 per week, not including bills.
