Hello fellow flatmaters!

The place is in a pretty great position, close to the CBD, with a large yard backing right onto parklands. It’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the train and bus station with Cannon Hill Shopping Centre just around the corner.

The Room:
The bedroom has plenty of space for a queen sized bed along with a wardrobe, then some. Additionally, there's also a private, fully enclosed garage for your car or storage.

The House:
Is a modern Queensland cottage, with great wooden floors, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and two smaller sized rooms, with air-conditioning throughout and furnished except for the bedroom.

There would be two of us in the house, so the place should never feel crowded and there will always be plenty of space to have some time to yourself. Along with the outdoor entertaining area, there's a large front yard, plus a big old shed where you can park or store any extra gear.

The Details:
$350 bills incl. Bond is four weeks rent.

The Flatmate:
I'm pretty chilled guy who switched between; work, outdoor adventures, catching up with friends or sinking into netflix. I keep things pretty tidy and also respect the need for personal space.
