Preferably one who likes to garden :) Would suit one person who likes lots of room or well suited to a couple as there is a lot of space! There is a large main room with an attached walk in robe/storage room and an extended section overlooking the garden that can be used for anything desired - Yoga, library, study etc :) The room is $150 for a single person or $200 for a couple. The house is nice, spacious and a bit quirky, though not overly well insulated - can get a bit hot in summer and cold in winter. We have a lovely big yard, with lots of trees and veggie garden space.
