Willing to rent out both rooms so you have your own living space as well for $220 per week. The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large at around 4mx4m and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. Room is in a studio in the beautiful garden. It has 2 bedrooms a shared bathroom, laundry and shared room with couch and sink. You would be sharing this studio with an 18 year old female from Vietnam. She speaks fluent English and is very friendly. She is studying at SAIBT. Breakfast and dinner are included in the rent and are provided in the main house. These are healthy meals catering for international students with plenty of rice. There are 2 other students in the house. There is currently another room available in the house as well. All rooms have double beds. In the studio the beds are loft beds. Hi all, We'd love to have two special people join the Carlton st family. You'll be living in the lovely suburb of Highgate, a 10 minute drive into the city but with the illusion of living somewhere far more secluded. The Arkaba centre is a short walk away for all your grocery needs, as well as the award winning Frewville Foodland. There is a go zone to the city on Fullerton road and Duthy street, which are both short walks from the house. The house is huge, with four bedrooms and comes with everything expected and a few things extra such as a makeup room which we all share and a massive sunroom which is an awesome place to chill, study and a great party space. Sadly we are unable to add any animals to our home as we already have a fish and a dog. There are two rooms available both approx 3x3 meters.
