About the flatmates
Single room is available from NOW for single female housemate, 2beds 1 bath unit located in Myrtle Bank (5064). No pet and no party. Rent is $210 per week (bills will be devided equally among 3). Only 3 people will be living in the house (me, my husband, and yourself). Minimum stay for 6months. 2 weeks bond required. Preferably someone clean and tidy, student/working people are preferred.
Bus stop only 5 mins walk, 20 minutes direct bus to the city. House will be equipped with all the appliances such as washing machine, fridge, etc that can be used together ☺️
Off street parking available on site.
