This is a free accommodation in return for work offer. I’m looking for preferably a male who is skilled at concreting, landscape and gardening. I have small jobs around my home that I need doing in return for free accommodation. You would be required to work 4-5hrs a day 3-4 days a week. You will have your own private furnished room and own bathroom. You will have to provide your own food. The property is set in the bush, which is close to a lookout, so there is really nice views. The Wivenhoe and Somerset dams are only a 10min drive, where you can swim, stand up paddle board (I have 2 boards) or go fishing. The national parks for exploring and hiking are 20-30 mins away and the town of Esk has a supermarket, bakery, post office, pubs and service station. Gatton is 40mins away where there are paid farm jobs and Gatton Uni.
Country feel while still close to the coast and shops in a quite area (Gympie 20mins, Noosa 35mins, Brisbane 1hr 30mins). It has a nice view over some small dams in the area, beautiful front deck, open plan living, Air Con to all bedrooms, Internet (currently working on it). Lock up garage and under cover parking for 4 cars. Plenty of storage, massive bathroom and cupboard space.

My cottage is in a delightful rural location however only 5km from Gympie's main street. The QR train station is 1km from home, the Victory General Store & The Victory Pub and bottle shop are both only 2km from home. Located at the top of my paddock the cottage gets a nice breeze but for those hot summer days I have a good air-con. NBN wireless provides the internet and it has been pretty good & stable for the past 2 years. I run on tank water which is refreshing and 'soft'. I see my place as a well lived in 'Country Cottage' and myself well I am sufficiently tidy, a good country cook and i enjoy good conversation. I am also respectful of my flatmates space and needs.
