My name is Jeff, I am the owner and am an easy going mature professional person who is rarely at the property due to work and other commitments at the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane. I have a residence in Buderim also. Presently there are two quiet young females who are staying in Room 1 and Room 3. Both are working, one at the local meat works the other in hospitality. Both are respectful of others. We are looking for a third responsible and respective flatmate to take the vacant room on a short or longer term basis.
