We are looking for a SARBB - single, active, retired, baby boomer, to join our small self-sustainable community on a delightful 5 acres of organic farm and rainforest, 20 minutes north of Noosa, close to Lake Cootharaba. Nice house vibe with a big garden and veranda. We are a great location from the river and not far from the beach. Spacious house. So far has worked really well with another couple staying here for short term as they have been traveling Australia. We work full time so this isn't a party house but we do like to socialize and go out at weekends. The current couple are in there 20s. We would prefer anyone between the ages of mid twenties to 30s. Basically someone who will be respectful :)

Our house is in a quiet cul de sac, but is very close to many amenities, such as the supermarkets and the marina. The river is a short still from the house, as well as the library, leisure centre, buses, hospital and Tewantin township. We have a large deck area with a bbq, and a pool to enjoy, especially on those really hot days or evenings - nothing like a quick dunk in the pool. :)
