Hi everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home on the southside of Gympie.

The room is available now and can come furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $250 per week, which includes all bills, with the exception of electricity. Electricity is split evenly between everyone and paid monthly.
Bond: $1000 (4 weeks’ rent)
Available for: 6 months

About the place:
    •    Comfortable house with AC in the main living area
    •    You’ll have access to a main bathroom and separate toilet, shared with one other person
    •    Off-street parking available on the property
    •    Located just 6 minutes from the Southside Shopping Complex

About us:
You’ll be living with two males in their mid-20s. One is a friendly and easygoing school teacher who lives at the house full time, and the other works in Brisbane and is generally home on weekends.

About you:
We’re looking for a male housemate who is:
    •    Respectful, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces
    •    Happy to clean up after themselves and contribute to keeping the house neat and clean
    •    Easygoing and good at communicating
    •    Ideally working full-time or studying

This is a quiet household, so it’s no smoking, no pets, and no partying.
