About the property
Open and airy place, well out of flood, close to town but far enough away, and has good views!
My current housemate of three years has decided its time to move on.
So, from 19 Jan 2026 there will be a one bedroom available in a spacious but older two bedroom, first floor house with a one year lease lease for one person.
There is a fridge for your own use, and shared use of everything else including washing machine, large lounge, kitchen and dining room.
The bedroom can have a queen bed frame, but my flatmate has taken the mattress with him. A bedside table if needed. Plates cups, pots etc all there.
Suit employed or studying mature minded person to share a no drug and non-party house. Smoking outside. Total of two living in the premises, with plenty of storage if needed.
Sorry no couples or pets (I am allergic to pet hair).
Good sense of humour, respectful, communicative and knows how to look after their space. Location is about 1km up the hill on the north east side of town. Not air conditioned.
Application will need to go through the Real Estate Agent processes.
$185 per Week plus bills and half bond.

I work two jobs locally, keep fit and always up to something.
Most often catching up on housekeeping of car maintenance...regular stuff.
More AFL than rugby but love watching them both.
but not a nutter about it though. Good sense of humour and love relaxing when I can, and enjoy cooking a good feed.
I keep up with the news and enjoy science and a good read.
