This house is great. Its modern, well organised and well equipped. Its 2min to the bus, and 5mins to the train station. Two stops one way takes you to Subiaco, and 2 stops the other way to Claremont. You only have to clean your own mess, the cleaner takes care of the toilets, showers, floors and general house cleaning. You are welcome to use the lovely garden spots to sit, the barbecue and pool. The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. House rules are common sense: respect fellow house mates, and take a normal length shower. There is some off street parking but if its full, cars are quite safe on the street in this very sleepy avenue. Singles only, sorry no couples.
