House is in an ideal location for uni (4min drive, 15min walk), the beach and the city (both are a 10min drive), and Fremantle (15min drive). Public transport is also available with a bus stop 80m from our doorstep (5min ride to the train station). Local IGA is a few hundred meters away with another 24/7 supermarket a short 5min walk down the road. Additional storage for bikes is available in the basement, and parking permits for resident-only parking are available through the local council. The front door is one street back from Marine Parade; it takes less than 5 minutes to have your toes in the sand. Excellent cafes and the favourite Cottesloe pubs surround the apartment, with a bus stop at the end of the street. Water is covered in rent - electricity, gas, and phone/internet are the responsibilities of the tenant, but have been very reasonable in the past.
