Convenient location for the avid cyclist, it's only a few quick bus stops to the city (uber/taxi less than $20), is close to QEII medical centre and conveniently located to Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Fremantle. It's also a generous size house with plenty of room for 2+ adults to move about and still have space. A renovated circa 1930's home with plenty of character and charm. It also has outdoor areas out front and back providing more personal space. While a 3 bed house I am only looking at one other person or two international students for the semester, which would then reduce the weekly rent per room/person to around $250 each. The furnished room includes a queen bed. All bills should be covered in the weekly rent, I have left it open to most bills covered should the water, power or gas bill come in over this allowance. The backyard is massive and ideal for entertaining, We also have a BBQ we occasionally fire up that you're more than welcome to use. The room is small, however there is a separate room (usually used as a study) that will be all yours as well (as you can see in the photos), no additional charges. The room comes with all furnishings pictured barring the mattress, and we have a few more bits and pieces of furniture eg bedside table that you can have if you want. There are also some spare tables that would be suitable for a study desk. The kitchen is fully furnished (with plenty of fridge space), as is the lounge room with a TV and a sweet set of speakers. No Cats allowed sorry.

In the 8 years that I've lived in this whisper quiet stylish rear town house, what I've most enjoyed about living here is the convenience of being able to walk 200 meters in one direction and I'm at Broadway Fair shopping centre and stroll 300 meters in the other direction and I'm standing at the edge of the Swan River.
