Lily and I like the house to be a bit lively from time to time. If you do not mind the dogs, the backyard is a great place to have a small gathering of good friends to chill with. This can also be said for the living room at the front, provided the noise level is appropriate and not disturb the other tenants. The space out the back of the house is also a good small area to exercise/gym.
