We have 2 private bedrooms available in our dreamy North Brighton house, located on the Esplanade side of Brighton road 5 minutes walk from the beach (which is where you'll find us all summer). The house is walking distance to several supermarkets and close to some of our favourite restaurants. The street is quiet despite some school traffic for Brighton High, with respectful neighbours. The house is newly built and is close to public transport, the train is a short walk away and it can take you to the beach and the city. Marion shopping center is also a short walk away and so are some other shops. The house has AC and heating and is insulated very well, we have NBN and will be upgraded to 3-400GB.
