Glenelg East, Adelaide

HI. I'm Caz and I have a house in Glengowrie (next to Glenelg East) with a spare bedroom available. The room has a built-in wardrobe.
If required, the room can also have a single bed, a set of shelves and a bedside table.

If you’re interested in the room I would like some references, if available.

I’m looking for a female who is tidy, reliable, considerate and trustworthy with no pets, no kids and no smoking.

You will need to like cats and dogs - i own a cat who is my fur baby. I look after my friends dogs so there is often a dog in the house.

For health and cost reasons, I do not use WiFi in the house. I assume you can use your phone for data and a personal hotspot, as phone plans have so much data these days. And there are various places around here that offer free WiFi.
( for example the Holdfast-free-wifi network around Glenelg etc).

The house is not far from the beach and the tram. There is a bus stop nearby.

I like to chat and have fun, but it’s not a party house. I am very health conscious, mostly vegan, and i don't drink or smoke. I don’t mind if you cook meat. I like to save on bills by not being wasteful. I am environmentally conscious.

My interests: I like to hang out with my cat, go to the beach, do yoga, exercise and dog walking.
