Hi, Come join me living in this high-set brick family home. It is a great place to be as it's quiet, spacious and is close to lots of amenities, Bundamba Tafe is 2 streets away, bus stop is in the next street, Riverlink shopping centre is a 7min drive away. The Brisbane commute is something i do everyday and i usually make it to Indooroopilly within 45mins. Off street parking is available, I have unlimited NBN internet and Netflix which i am willing to include in rent but power and water will be split 3 ways between housemates. We will share the bathroom and toilet which has recently been renovated. My house has a large renovated kitchen with plenty of storage space. I have 2 rooms available, one is a double room with a queen size bed frame but no mattress in it, the other is a single room with a King Single ensemble bed in it. Both rooms have large built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. I have a bar, pool table and media room downstairs which are a great chill out on a Sunday afternoon.
