South Plympton was rated one of the best suburbs to live in in Adelaide. It's close to Glenelg (10 minutes drive... I timed it), close to the city (10 minutes drive minus peak hour traffic... I work in there) and walking distance to servo, coffee shops, Coles, Kurralta Park and other fun stuff I haven't discovered yet. I have Foxtel setup which you're welcome to pay for if you want it, but unlimited wifi and communal laundry, bills all included. I have a cat. She's gorgeous in an ugly way. Must be okay with cats.

Anzac Hwy is very popular location due to many transportation options and many facilities available in the area. It is between the city and the beach. We are government approved student accommodation and private lodging. We got house rules for the cleanliness of the property and privacy/security of tenants. Minimum 6 months fixed tenancy. The bus stop 14 is near the house and tram stop 11 is in the next street so there is not much worries about transport going to Uni/City and to popular Glenelg Beach.
