It’s a great space, between the city and the beach, near the airport.. there is two living areas (so you have your own lounge room to decorate how you like) 2 bathrooms 2 toilets ( you have your own modern bathroom (with a spa and hand shower ) and separate toilet) near your bedroom. large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor setting ect (I spend most of my time out here potting plants, listening to music, but there is two sections so you can set yourself up there too.. You have your own separate driveway for your car. I have everything a good kitchen needs, all the bells and whistles.. coffee machine, scanpan pots and pans, stand mixer, blender... list goes on! so you’d struggle if you wanted to bring another whole kitchen setup with you as all cupboards are pretty full, but more than happy for you to use my set up as long as you are respectful. There’s also a treadmill, exercise bike, weights, gym stuff ect that you can use. There is WiFi internet. This is not a party house, but can appreciate anyone that has good taste in music, and don’t really mind a mid arvo maccas run after a late night. So party, just not here..

It is located in an excellent location with just a few minutes’ walk to the tram station (stop 10 Marion Road) and 5-minute walk to the bus stop (stop 11A Marion Road). You will find Coles is just 5-10 minute walk away from the house. The house comes with 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a nicely sized kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable atmosphere that allows sufficient natural light to get in. The carpeted room has a nice size to fit a double bed. Hi ! I'm on the hunt for a housemate to come share my lovely townhouse in Camden Park (about 4 minutes out of Glenelg). Rent is $370 a fortnight including bills (Internet, gas, elec). Bond is $860. Must be a burrito enthusiast (or at least like a healthy serving of guac). I have a 10 year old cat who is very sweet and loves absolutely everyone! No other pets allowed sorry. Room will be available end of Sept/beginning of Oct. There is some furniture in the room (wardrobe, and smaller wardrobe) however this doesn't have to be used. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I work full time so am always pretty busy. Movies, TV, books, basically all pop culture are my favourites.
