We have groceries, chemist, Kmart, car repair and coffee and food places just 700m at the Kurralta Shopping Centre. We are also directly opposite an oval which has a running path, footy oval and tennis courts that we can use.

My name is Elly and I am a 24yo Healthcare Worker. I love all things fitness and music. My other roommate Marcia also works in healthcare.
We are both tidy, respectful, friendly girls who are happy for our own quiet and relax time...but we also are always happy to have a chat and some laughs if that is what you like as well.
The house is always open for you to host your friends, family and partners over as long as you chat to us about it first (just to avoid having a loud night if me or Marcia are working a early shift the next day). We encourage you to make this space your own but for it to also be a place for your down-time.
We are seeking a friendly and tidy female in their 20s who either works full time or is a student who works part-time/receives financial support. The house is a smoke and drug free zone.
You will be sharing one large bathroom with Marcia and we have communal kitchen, laundry and backyard. Your bedroom will be yours and we have plenty of storage space in the garage.
Rent is $220 per week
Wifi is $31 a month
Other bills are quarterly and equate to approx 50-100 per month all together.
