Our house is two minutes walk from North Wollongong train station and the free blue bus (green bus on the weekends) and only 1. 5 km from UOW campus and a 10-minute walk to North beach. The house is fully furnished and has all the necessary appliances, Netflix, a spa bath, a great kitchen and an awesome backyard for gardening and entertaining. You'll be sharing a large refrigerator with one other, bathroom and toilet with one other housemate. We have heaps of fresh fruit and veg growing in our awesome garden.

Both the rooms have plenty of storage space and huge windows that face the spectacular view. The location is excellent and convenient, off Princes Highway and less than 10 mins to the city. The apartment is very secure and the guests can access the swimming pool, gym and tennis court as well. There is a designated parking space in the apartment (the one for this unit is closest to the lift so that's great), extra visitor's parking and free bike parking. The location and neighbourhood are excellent, one thing for sure is that you'd never go hungry around here, with lots of drive-thrus and restaurants located right outside the apartment and supermarkets are less than 5 mins away. UOW would take about 4 mins, the city is 10mins away and N. Wollongong station is 5 mins away too About the lease - The pictures don't do the place any justice, and since I've been travelling, haven't been able to take more pictures but I will upload detailed pictures of everything soon. My partner and I moved in about two months ago and we are looking for someone to take over the lease for the house. The lease is for 6 months, until April next year and due to a change of plans, we are leaving the country early in December. The apartment is amazing, I honestly haven't had any complaints and I will miss this place. It's a great value property considering it's location, quality, large area and the facilities.

Situated on the 4th Floor although it backs onto Memorial Avenue so the Balcony is quite noisy. The rooms do not get any traffic noise and the large windows have dual roller blinds. The room that is up for offer is an extremely large room with a 3 bedroom apartment. The room is about 3.5m by 3.5m. This means the room is plenty big enough for you to have your own private space and a double bed etc. You can really make this bedroom more than just a place to sleep. The rest of the apartment is modern and low maintenance. As can been seen in the pictures, there is gas cooking, a dishwasher, stone benchtops. There is plenty of bench space if more than one person is cooking at the same time. The lounge room area is partly furnished and is large enough for you to bring some of your own furniture should you have any. You want need to bring anything for the kitchen, as there are already cupboards full of everything you will need. There is a washing machine and dryer in place. With regard to the bathroom, you will only share this with one other roommate. This is because there is an ensuite attached to the other (third) bedroom. The balcony is large enough for you to have a few friends over for a BBQ (and there is a BBQ already here for you to use). There is a secure lock up garage in the basement for you to park your car (you have a dedicate spot, so you will always be sure of being able to park there). The apartment is very secure as you can't access the apartment unless you gain access to the building (so someone would have to get past two locked doors etc). The two room mates that you will be sharing with are Indee and Ishan. Indee works full time as an engineer. As such you may not see her that often. Ishan is studying his masters at the uni, and as such spends most of his time in his room at his computer.
