The apartment is a top story brand new apartment right in wollongong. It’s a 5 min walk to North Wollongong beach, the free bus and Wollongong CBD. It takes approximately 15 mins to the Unix (including the walk). There is off street parking but that is an extra $10 a week- the real estate’s choice unfortunately. The apartment has a big loungeroom and balcony area so your friends are more than welcome! The water is free, but due to it going through the real estate you’ll go thirds in electricity and gas, and $20 a month for internet.
Close to everything: 1 min to free shuttle bus stop and only 5-10 mins to UOW by bus. The place is opposite to KFC and only 2-3 mins to Macca, Hungry Jack, Pizza Hut,...
