Looking for someone to move into our house in fairy meadow 6 months-1 year and possibly longer around the 1st of August. You would be living 3 others 20, 22 and 24 (one guy 2 gals) and a very playful kitten. We are social (but will also give you personal space) and love the occasional board games night or night out. We have a lovely big backyard and a fire pit for the occasional party but we also are respectful and quiet when needed. Rent is $140 per week plus internet and bills (two weeks bond) and you would not be on the official lease. Lots of parking and 10 minute walk to free bus, 20 minute walk to uni 🙂 we have Netflix and Stan and hope to find someone who won't judge our frequent uber eats visits. The best thing is the location. You can walk to South or North beach in less than five minutes, town centre in 10, and bus to University in 15 minutes! If you work in town or study at UOW, you won't need to drive much. You'll need to complete a tenancy application form for our real estate agents as a formality, but that shouldn't be a problem.
