About the flatmates
Hi, my name’s Felix and I’m living here with two other house mates (one male Isaac, one female Jamie); Isaac is moving out on 19th February so we are looking for someone to take his place on the shared lease. I’m currently working part-time and studying at UOW.
We’re easy-going, and don’t really have many rules apart from keeping the shared spaces clean and treating each other with respect.
The room up for grabs (shown in the photos) is an east-facing room looking on to the back garden. It is a 3 bedroom house with shared fully furnished lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
Rent is paid weekly, and water, electricity, gas, and internet are all split evenly between housemates.
The location is super convenient - right outside the free bus loops (55A and 55C), only 1km from both North Wollongong and Wollongong train stations, a 2-minute drive into town, a 5-minute walk to Wiseman’s Bowling Club, and a 10-minute walk to Dicey Riley’s Hotel.
