Great little spot, 1 minute walk to busy bus route on Pacific Hwy and 10 minute walk to St. Leonards train station. Also super close to RNSH & St.Leonards Tafe. The room itself currently has a sofa bed in there and built-ins in rooms so its only partially furnished. It may better suit someone with their own bedroom stuff but if your happy with the sofa bed i can look at getting a few things to fill out the room for you. It's only 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop with buses that go to North Sydney and the city directly. Otherwise, it's only 8 mins' walk to Wollstonecraft station or 10 mins' walk to St Leonard's station. You can also walk up to Crows Nest where all the shops and restaurant are located within 5 min. We have a little backyard where we can dry our washings and have our little BBQ there. You will be looking at sharing a big bathroom with shower, bathtub, vanity and toilet with another couple.
