The townhouse is located about 5-10 minutes walk to Royal north shore and RNS private hospitals. It is 5-10 minutes walk to St leonards station where there are also cafes and a pharmacy, gyms etc. It would be ideal for nurses or doctors working at the hospital or for someone working in the city. There are also buses to chatswood and the CBD from the end of the street. A parking permit can possibly be provided so that you can park on the street for an unlimited amount of time if you have a car. There is plenty of on-street parking all around the area. The townhouse will be furnished but if you have a washing machine or dryer, a tv or anything you would like to ad we can work it out:) I will potentially be having a dog living here so am looking for someone who likes dogs and isn't scared of them.
