Hello, We are look for an easy going, clean, friendly person to join us in our house. We do not want any party people and must go on the lease. Must meals are spent together but necessarily a must. The house is a large older style building with loads of natural light and quite large common areas. The kitchen has all the normal amenities plus a dishwasher. There is a large under house garage which is connected to the basement, however this is a working space/ storage space not purely a storage. The garage can fit 2 cars and we are flexible about who parks there. There is also separate workshop under the house which we currently use for our projects but are more then happy to share the space. The room is the smallest of the 3 but large enough fit a desk, bed and wardrobe. You will be living with 2 professional 24 year old males named Joshua and Tom. We are only 400m from Pascoe Vale train station station with shops, cafes, pubs and other transportation within walking distance.

Is in a very safe and very very low crime area. You can smoke but only out side no smoking inside at anytime. Does not have internet but if your a long term or short term renter you can always get it hocked up for your personal use and under your name on a month to month contract.

The area/street I live in has come so far in the last 5 years and I love the little local cafes within walking distance, and the new massive supermarket centre that has just opened a short drive up the road (you could walk to it too if you felt particularly committed! haha). I love the house and particularly the main living areas.
