It's 2 levels, my bedroom/bathroom is on the bottom floor along with the laundry room and garage (garage is free to use as i don't have a car). On the upper level you would have your own bathroom and bedroom as well as all the other amenities to share. There's a small little patio with a baby-cue which will be great for drinks in the summer! I live a short 8 minute walk to the Pascoe Vale train station which is only a 20 minute ride to Southern Cross Station or a 40 minute bike ride to the CBD.
