It is picturesque, very quiet and close to transport, shops and food. Unfurnished bedroom - Single person $200 per week, Couple $320 per week. The estate is very new, Timber Mill Cafe is very popular and there are multiple parks (Main one with views just opened recently) and walking and riding tracks throughout with a huge lake and waterlands which will open soon. Up the back of the estate, you can often see Kangaroo's! Basically as long as you don't mind helping to keep it neat and tidy (Clean kitchen, vaccuum, bathroom etc), I'm happy to share anything. It’s a nice quiet area that’s within range of many schools,train station access and bus stop access (10minute walk of public transportation) mind you Jack an Myself both drive and if I’m free I have no issues dropping off an driving a friend in need somewhere within due reason.
