it’s a bright, two-storey home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, full of natural light and good energy. ducted heating throughout the whole house and an aircon downstairs. the house also has a washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. the location couldn’t be better, directly across from the shops, close to public transport, and just a short stroll to a big park. the area’s calm and family-oriented, so it always feels peaceful. pets are more than welcome here too, so if you’ve got one, they’ll fit right in! (dogs only as my dog is terrified of cats!)
you’d have the master bedroom with a big triple door built in wardrobe and ensuite. the house is fully furnished apart from your bedroom and bathroom but can come furnished if needed. the 3rd bedroom is setup as a makeup room! i like keeping the house feeling peaceful and homey, not a party place by any means.
