Hi, I am the owner of a house I built that's around 11 months old, and I have two rooms for rent. Ideally I'd like to eventually fill both to make a total of three people living here. Looking for someone that is clean and takes care in the area that they live in, and also is reliable and doesn't mind setting up automatic transfers so that awkward reminders for payment are eliminated... Please don't apply if you can't clean up after yourself, not willing to clean your bathroom and vacuum your bedroom every week, or can't respect that this house is obviously the most amount of money I've ever spent on anything and I want it maintained so that I'm not replacing carpets and painting walls more often than normal. The main toilet is separate to the main shower/sink/bath, and my ensuite and bedroom is at the opposite end of the house. The bedrooms have a mirror sliding door wardrobe and the room is 3x3 metre in size. There's a ceiling fan, security screens on the windows but no air con. I've got a brand new fridge, dishwasher, washing machine... The house is pretty much furnished but your new room is empty :) There is room in the garage for the first person that moves in to park! The house is set up with nbn. All rooms are capable of having a king size bed fit, or, the room can be furnished with a queensize. The area has supermarkets, petrol stations and a train station close by. Uber's also frequent the area. I like the fact that it's between surfers and Brisbane so driving either way isn't really a hassle.

Living in Pimpama it is great as it is virtually halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. There are shops close by with parks also near the house. Quiet neighbourhood and all neighbours are quite pleasant and look after each others houses if away.

The house is lovely and modern. It's very close to most everything. We're a 4 minute drive to the pimpama junction, which include various places to eat out, a Woolworths, a nail bar, BWS for those who enjoy the sneaky beer or wine, has a doctors surgery and many other awesome features. The neighbourhood is fantastic and our neighbours are awesomely rad. Your room is average size, easily fits a queen bed with side tables. You would be sharing a bathroom with the lovely Casey and her beautiful cat, Chai. I too have a little dog with the best personality called Bruiser. So someone who loves animals is a must. .
