It’s 25 mns to Southport n 35 mns to bris, and your only 6 mins from the highway yet it feels like the middle of nowhere. Me lol 😂 and apart from that good size rooms, ceiling fans in each room, good backyard, close to public transport. There’s an activity field just down the road. Close to shops and the M1. 20 minutes away from the spit, 30 minutes away from Brisbane.
This property is a large 4 bedroom home. I am offering my new flatmate 3 rooms one which is fairly large with a queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe and Chester draws(i can also move out the furniture if you have your own). The other room is the main bathroom which has a shower and a bath. The next room is your own media room with a lazy boy and t.v for when you want your own space to chill out. The house is only 3 years old and is very spacious with an open plan. The main bathroom is large and the wardrobes in each room are very large with built in shelving. The house has ducted air conditioning throughout which is zone controlled and has solar to help reduce the bills. There are two decks and lots of room in the backyard - children welcome.
