46 yo male with large home with a couple of rooms to rent, all bills included and unlimited high speed nbn internet, acerage property with heaps of room for kids or big kids to play, I run my own mobile business so im in and out all the time. Looking for relaxed chilled people to move in to 1 or 2 of the rooms (will do good deal for both rooms for single parent ect. Very kid friendly home.) I have 2 dogs that are very friendly so u must like dogs, off street parking, Woolworths and soon to be aldi in walking distance and the local tavern. Great area, must be a no dramas kind of person please 🙏
