This is a three year old house with a very nice garden . The lounge ,dining and kitchen area is quite spacious . The bedrooms are a normal size with views of the garden . I am a mature man who is sharing with an international student , we enjoy cooking meals together and have a huge respect for each other . We are usually very quiet and would appreciate the same . There are two small dogs that live here and are very friendly also a cat who comes home to eat and then takes off .
